Responsible for compliance with all federal and state statutes and regulations relating to pharmacy operations; responsible for licensing in all states which the company does business; responsible for management of retail/sterile compounding pharmacy which includes personnel supervision, sourcing raw materials, inventory, production, quality control, coordination with physicians, research and development; and coordination with patients throughout the United States in hormone replacement, vitamin supplement and preventative medicine therapies.

April 2007 to June 2012: Operations Manager, Palm Beach Pharmaceuticals, Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Anderson L Triggs was responsible for operational management of Retail/Sterile compounding pharmacy to include personnel, licensing, sourcing raw materials, federal and state compliance, inventory, production, quality control, coordination with physicians, research and development and annual budget that exceeded $2M. Principal Assignments

  • Anderson Triggs Florida was an Infantry Squad Leader during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan from July 2005 to June 2006 Led nine man infantry squad on combat operations throughout southern Afghanistan, in conjunction with Afghan National Army forces to defeat Taliban and Anti Coalition Militia. Earned Bronze Star for valor.
  • Scout Team Leader during Stabilization Force 6 in Bosnia and Herzegovina from August 1999 to December 1999 Second in command of a five man infantry reconnaissance team with responsibility to perform presence patrols, reconnaissance and surveillance missions
  • Scout Sniper during Operation Desert Fox in Kuwait during December 1998. Responsible for employment and operation of all sniper team assets

Personnel and Resources Management

  • Supervised and managed nine man infantry squad, gave performance evaluations, career guidance, financial and personal counseling. Responsible for over one million dollars worth of equipment to include armored vehicles, crew served weapons, satellite radios, GPS navigation equipment and all soldiers individual weapons and night vision equipment
